About me

Hello! I’m Sarah. I was born and raised in the midwest in good ol' Indiana. But I outgrew my hometown - I felt I was dying a slow death there and frequently referred to it as "The Blackhole". However, it did serve my family and I well and I'm grateful for the lessons I learned while I was there. Since then, I've traveled and lived all over - college at Indiana University during the Bobby Knight days, graduate school in the windy city of Chicago, early career days as a social worker spent in the racing city of Indianapolis, and switching careers to be a personal trainer in the hustle and bustle of New York (what was I thinking). Currently, you’ll find me in sunny Sarasota, Florida - home of Siesta Key Beach. Next, I’m being called to Costa Rica.

Throughout my life I’ve always felt this tug, this pull that I'm called for a higher purpose. I’ve always been fascinated with the meaning of life, why we are here, the stars, animals, different countries and cultures, and different landscapes. I’m so grateful for what I've experienced, where I've lived and traveled, but I'm compelled to explore, expand, and empower others along the way. In my time on this planet I've overcome depression, anxiety/panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, shyness, social anxiety, the loss of my father at age 6, feeling like I was never good enough, low self-worth and self-esteem, drinking wayyy too much, abusive relationships, and sexual assault. All of these experiences kept me in fear of success and happiness, and of living my very best life. I’ve always felt I had to play small, to dim my light to fit in with others. Afraid to be 100% authentically myself.

My life certainly isn’t perfect at present, but I've come out on the other side of the darkness, I’ve done the shadow work and embrace my life with open arms. I've expanded so so much and see now that I needed the contrast of those less than pleasant and devastating experiences in order to grow and evolve. I’m constantly expanding and growing, learning more and more about myself, my mission here, connecting with my spiritual team, and raising my vibration higher and higher. I've learned how to channel my innate gifts, become the healer I was meant to be and harnessed my gifts to be a guide for others, to empower you to live a life you’ve been seeing in your dreams, yet not sure how to accomplish. I hope you know this already, but you are an amazing and perfectly created masterpiece. Just as you are. You too can take the reins, travel the world, create a life full of abundance, wellness, wealth, love, success, & happiness. You should never feel unworthy or unloved and I'm here to help you break free from the chains of negativity, depression, & anxiety and manifest the shit outta your life. 

I've gone from having 5 majors and going to 3 universities, to figuring out that all I needed was my inner guidance. That's not to say that I didn't learn, grow, and expand in all the ways that I needed to along the way. Spiritual growth and expansion is my jam! I’m constantly reading books on spiritual growth, watching videos on Youtube, meditating, etc. Of course therapy is amazing, hell that's what I've spent my career doing, but there's something to be said for your own soul searching and personal growth. There’s no price you can put on that. However, we tend to seek guidance from others because we have no idea where to turn, what to look for, or how to level up. This is why I'm here, to be a Soul & Empowerment coach, to show others how to heal, to guide others in the hopes that it impacts even one person. No matter what your life goals are, if you just want to have more options, more freedom, and a desire to make an impact in this world, you've come to the right place! 

I only share all of this to let you know how I've gotten to where I am today and to show you that you don't have to conform to the 9-5 rat race that society has pigeon-holed the masses into. Conformity is overrated. It’s time to shine. You no longer need to dim your light to fit in. It’s time to speak.
